đź“‹ Description

• Develop and maintain scientific knowledge for credible dissemination of information to external experts and healthcare professionals • Participate in and follow up on investigator-initiated studies, clinical studies, and medical projects • Provide scientific support and maintain relationships with external experts and academic centres • Deliver scientific presentations to healthcare professionals individually or in groups • Participate in identifying qualified healthcare professionals for collaborative research, lecture, and meeting support • Attend scientific meetings and conferences and summarize key data presented • Support the British Columbia territory

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced education degree required: Doctorate, PharmD, or MD • Relevant business experience with solid knowledge of the biotech/pharmaceutical industry • Previous experience as an MSL preferred • Relevant Dermatology background considered an asset • Previous experience in a customer-facing healthcare industry role • Experience presenting and/or interpreting scientific or clinical research publications • Knowledge of scientific methods applied to clinical research and current legislative/regulatory controls • Interest in developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area, product, and medical research • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Comfort using various technologies, tools, and systems for day-to-day tasks • Travel required approximately 50% of the time • Valid driver’s license and passport • Ability to understand stakeholder unmet needs and integrate information into in-field team engagement approaches • Ability to coordinate scientific and medical engagement efforts across stakeholders within an account • Understanding and execution of data-based strategies and business decisions • Ability to communicate and collaborate with in-field team members
