• Partner across the business to develop a structured, data-driven approach for uncovering new growth opportunities across products, markets, segments, and partnerships. • Develop the operating rhythm that supports high-value, sustainable partnerships that drive top-line revenue growth. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring all operational, technical, financial, and customer implications are fully understood. • Translate strategy into execution by building operating plans, defining success metrics, and guiding initiatives from concept through launch. • Identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics that unlock new value creation. • Work across the business on the development of rigorous business cases, including market sizing, strategic rationale, financial modeling, and customer validation. • Ensure initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and in a way that drives measurable top-line impact. • Establish scalable frameworks to monitor, optimize, and expand successful initiatives. • Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
• 10–15 years of experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with at least 5+ years in a senior strategy, growth, or operations leadership role • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field • Proven experience leading cross-functional growth programs (e.g., go-to-market expansion, partnerships, or new business model launches) • Track record of driving revenue diversification or scaling new initiatives from concept to market • Experience in building and managing business cases, including market sizing, ROI analysis, and customer validation • Exposure to strategic partnerships, corporate development, or innovation/venture-building is a plus • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans • Operational excellence — able to create repeatable processes and scalable frameworks • Deep financial acumen (P&L understanding, forecasting, modeling) • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority • Strong customer-centric mindset — skilled in validating concepts with market feedback • Analytical and data-driven, with comfort using quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities • Excellent executive communication skills — both written and verbal • Proven success partnering with senior executives across multiple functions • Strong ability to facilitate alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
