📋 Description

• Own and optimize Zuora Billing, including product catalog management, pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and payment processes. • Manage and troubleshoot the Salesforce–Zuora integration to ensure accurate data flow across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. • Improve billing operations through automation, process enhancements, and data quality initiatives that reduce manual effort. • Partner closely with Finance to support billing accuracy, revenue recognition, forecasting, and month-end activities. • Serve as the billing systems expert, resolving complex issues and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance teams. • Analyze billing data, monitor system performance, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Zuora Billing experience — product catalog management, SKU configuration, workflow automation, subscription amendments, and reporting. • Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally with exposure to the Zuora for Salesforce connector or CPQ. • Strong grasp of SaaS subscription billing concepts — ARR, MRR, proration, amendments, and co-terming. • Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and where the handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Systems live. • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. • Comfort working across business and technical stakeholders — you can talk to a CFO and a Salesforce admin in the same afternoon.
