📋 Description

• Create non-commodity content that AI can’t replicate based on customer interviews and SME-driven insight: blogs, ghostwritten thought leadership articles, original research, video scripts, etc. • Optimize existing webpages and copy for conversion and activation. • Measure success in search visibility and conversion, not just vanity metrics • Combine SEO, conversion copywriting, and growth marketing instincts. • Use AI to write the bulk of first drafts, then apply taste, editorial judgment, and audience understanding to ensure the content is distinctive to our brand • Develop a deep understanding of our corporate learning audience and wider industry. • Conduct research within the learning landscape to support GTM messaging. • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements in content writing • Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent style and voice throughout all content. • Monitor industry trends, current events, and best practices to make recommendations for timely content. • Work in sprints, with data and results driving priorities — not a fixed content calendar • Ad-hoc content duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field is required • At least 8 years’ experience in a corporate content role • Active use of AI in your daily workflow • Editorial conviction; a natural storyteller with the ability to take key messages and adapt them across formats and channels. • Thorough understanding and experience in content writing for all platforms (digital, social, print, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while meeting deadlines • Experience with tools in marketing such as Claude, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Google Console, Ahrefs, etc. • Experience writing in a corporate B2B environment • A keen interest in the latest trends and best practices
