📋 Description
• Forms part of a high-performing Service Delivery team that works closely with technology and other cross-functional teams • Responsible for project scoping documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, Storyboards, Service Blueprints, and Process Flows • Work closely with department heads in early stages of the project, involving feasibility studies and discovery • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle interdepartmental workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope projects and features • Build a strong understanding and become an expert in the tools used and the in-house products • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years in medium to large projects as a Functional or Technical Business Analyst • Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria • Experience in integration projects requiring comprehensive knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal skills to work across different teams with competing interests and priorities • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Trello, Monday, Miro, and Slack • Savvy users of mobile phone applications and experience in this space preferred • Experience in a financial technology company as a BA or doing similar scoping-related tasks • Good understanding of technical scoping in an Agile manner • Ability to quickly grasp complex systems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Actively contributes to their group to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects • Malaysian citizen and currently located in Malaysia
