• Preparation and delivery of online training sessions for the Project-Center software solution • Support new customers throughout the onboarding process • Document onboarding processes for continuous improvement • Advise customers on optimizing their internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience conducting trainings and/or coaching • Solid experience in customer-facing roles, onboarding, or Customer Success management • Good technical understanding and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach • Native-level German language skills
