📋 Description

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to target specific customer segments • Responsible for planning, creating and optimizing social media content • Analyze social media channel performance and derive actions for improvement • Manage marketing campaigns and coordinate internal and external stakeholders • Work closely with the Head of Sales and report to them • Support the ongoing development of brand positioning and communication strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, or media • Relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally at a senior level • Solid knowledge of social media, content strategy, and audience-specific communication • Experience providing functional leadership to team members • Creative mindset combined with an analytical understanding of metrics and marketing performance • Confident use of common marketing, social media, and analytics tools • Independent and structured working style, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities • Good written and spoken English
