📋 Description

• Serve as the NGS portfolio expert and champion within the organization • Synthesize market, customer, and sales feedback/intel to define customer and product requirements • Partner with sales to engage with key customers and cultivate collaborations to drive innovative product solutions • Responsible for creation of marketing collateral, campaign elements, and sales tools • Manage all marketing facets of product commercialization and lifecycle management • Manage cross-functional collaborations to ensure successful implementation of product requirements and drive new product development • Support the execution of a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for both new and on market products • Support on-market product care and be a champion for product care initiatives • Create and maintain competitive assessments, market trends, and product performance • Present to senior leadership in regular business reviews and marketing updates

🎯 Requirements

• MSc degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or an associated scientific field required • Minimum of 6 years industry relevant experience, including R&D • Product Management experience preferred and customer-facing roles considered a plus • Experience being part of new product development core team or project required
