📋 Description

• Assist Principal Advisor business owner in all aspects of corporate travel • Understand, evaluate, and support client’s assistance needs • Finalize air, car, and hotel bookings using Sabre reservation system • Issue tickets, exchanges, and refunds using Sabre • Ensure that booked travel is reconfirmed prior to travel • Problem-solving throughout the client's trip to ensure satisfaction • Research destinations, travel advisories, accommodations, and costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent • Strong knowledge of Sabre reservation system (preferably in graphical mode) • Must be a self-starter who can independently service the travel needs of GTC clients efficiently • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent dispute resolution skills • Must be well-organized and detail oriented • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn • Time management • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
