📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief Actuary and play a key role in shaping how Accompany Health designs, measures, and optimizes its care model. • Partner closely with Clinical, Operations, and Finance leadership to design new programs, forecast their expected impact, and evaluate actual performance against expectations. • Help quantify how clinical and operational decisions influence medical costs, risk adjustment revenue, and patient outcomes — providing the analytic foundation for strategic decisions across the organization. • Help design and evaluate interventions that improve health outcomes and lower costs while building the analytic frameworks that define the next generation of accountable care.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. • ASA or near-ASA • 5+ years of actuarial, healthcare analytics, or related professional experience. • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Excel and exposure to SQL, Python, R, or similar tools. • Ability to work with large healthcare datasets and synthesize findings into actionable insights. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with government healthcare programs, such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid • Prior experience in Value-Based Care • Prior experience with analytic and modeling tools and software (SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc)
