📋 Description

• Plan, monitor, and control the team’s weekly implementation activities • Actively participate in project meetings and strategic decision-making • Map closing routines, prepare financial statements and management presentations together with clients for platform configuration • Validate project schedules and key project documents (Blueprints) with stakeholders • Perform timely reviews and provide technical follow-up on deliverables for each project phase • Support the team with training and clarification of technical and system-related questions • Actively manage the client portfolio, ensuring adherence to best practices and the company’s methodology • Plan implementations of complex accounting structures (multi-currency, GAAP adjustments, among others) • Ensure compliance with IFRS, BRGAAP and USGAAP in deliverables and configurations • Consolidate accounting data and support audits directly through the platform • Work closely with CFOs, Controllers and Auditors, ensuring a high technical standard and trust in deliverables • Monitor deadlines and portfolio success metrics and work to build long-term client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish • Previous experience leading teams, with a focus on delivery, performance monitoring and meeting deadlines • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related fields • Experience with implementation projects, client onboarding or SaaS system deployments • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial statements (BP - Balance Sheet; DRE - Income Statement; DFC - Cash Flow Statement; DMPL - Statement of Changes in Equity; DVA - Statement of Value Added) and their respective explanatory notes • Strong command of fundamental accounting concepts such as double-entry bookkeeping, trial balance, general ledger and primary accounting records • Experience consolidating financial data from multiple sources and generating management reports, financial statements and trend analyses
