📋 Description

• Drives growth of direct hire portfolio of clients • Manages the direct hire team to achieve company goals and fill client’s direct hire needs. • Manage the full cycle of job orders from client engagement through offer acceptance. • Utilize multiple resources with marketing to maximize candidate engagement. • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to build trust and loyalty. • Execute successful search strategies; source and qualify top-tier candidates, matching them for existing open roles and preparing them for presentation to our clients. • Skill market top candidates into competitor companies. • Debrief clients and candidates throughout the selection process to successfully negotiate a position offer. • Use applicant tracking to track sourcing program success and measure the effectiveness of strategies, pipelines, conversions, and offers. • Provide reporting and regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers, as required. • Accountable for following processes in accordance with policies, practices, and other legal requirements. • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and presentations. • Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent across key industries and functions. • Occasional travel to customer sites locally and sometimes nationwide. • Serve as a point of contact for a high-profile strategic client. • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring strategy recommendations. • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent delivery. • Lead regular business reviews and provide updates on search progress and hiring trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 or more years successfully recruiting for skilled and Direct-Hire roles • 2-4 years Experience managing a team of recruiting based professionals • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff • Must be proficient in Google Suite and MS Office • Strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints is required • Must possess strong attention to detail. • Executive Search, Accounting & Finance, Office and Professional, Light Industrial, IT, Hospitality other vertical expertise preferred.
