📋 Description

• Lead and grow the US creative team, fostering young talent and teaching them how to push for ideas that stand out • Lead all US Experiential work • Be the North American creative leader for all B2B and corporate events

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an agency setting • Deep knowledge of both experiential marketing and large-scale B2B corporate events • A proven track-record of recognized and rewarded work across the industry • A player / coach mentality, someone that can lead, motivate and inspire a team of creatives but also jump in and do the work when needed • Art Direction background preferred but open to Copy: multi-hyphenate storytellers are required • Constantly curious – someone that is always looking for new interesting tools, emerging technologies or cultural revelations • Great hang – willing collaborator & creative community member • Culture enthusiast with deep tentacles and interests in art, food, music, pop-culture, etc.
