• Assist in crafting creative social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Help design graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting aligned with Acowale’s brand identity. • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to bring innovative content ideas to the team. • Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and spark authentic conversations. • Assist in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content scheduling, and reporting performance metrics. • Track post performance, analyze insights, and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. • Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product teams to understand campaign strategy and branding.
• Passion for marketing, social media, and storytelling. • Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools. • Basic skills in graphic or video design/editing tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). • Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and learn. • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team-player mindset.
