📋 Description
• Write and ship production code daily — you are an active contributor • Work on Ruby and Java and other languages as needed • AI is at the core of everything we do • Mentor engineers as a natural extension of your work • Own the entire product lifecycle: tech specs, implementation, testing, delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering • Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, architecture) • Strong backend expertise: APIs, HTTP, Databases, MVC • M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
