• Deliver live onboarding sessions for new sales hires and ongoing training for existing teams. • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, documentation, trackers, and reports. • Conduct skills and knowledge assessments for new hires to tailor onboarding programs to individual needs. • Continuously monitor and evaluate onboarding and training programs, assess outcomes, and share findings with Corporate Enablement and Sales leadership. • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance learning effectiveness and sales readiness. • Support evangelism initiatives by delivering bootcamps, workshops, and coaching sessions for partners and regional sales teams in the U.S. and Latin America. • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align training content with current business priorities and solution updates.
• Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or onboarding, ideally in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment. • Strong understanding of sales techniques, MSP business models, and SaaS solution selling. • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. • Ability to assess learning needs and tailor training accordingly. • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required. • Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written); Portuguese is an advantage.
