• Work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them into a flawless execution plan • Provide actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments • Exceptional communication abilities; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences • Systemic thinker valuing rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes • Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance • Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement) • Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact are a must • Fluent in Spanish and English; French and German highly valued • Based in Spain or relocating soon
