• Oversee Actionstep’s involvement in Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations, ensuring strong coordination between partners, customers, and internal teams. • Manage internal implementations and professional services projects directly, delivering within agreed scope, budget, and timeline. • Track overall delivery performance across the partner portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and systemic challenges. • Act as the escalation and coordination point for delivery challenges raised by partners or internal teams, facilitating swift and effective resolution. • Participate in regular partner performance reviews, contributing insights and recommending improvements to governance and delivery quality. • Collaborate with the Lead PMO and Services leadership to refine partner governance models and ensure consistent application across regions. • Facilitate onboarding and training for Certified Consulting Partners (CCPs) by coordinating resources, scheduling sessions, and ensuring materials are current and complete. • Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and process guides to ensure consistency and scalability. • Partner with the PMO to maintain and improve delivery frameworks, documentation, and tools that support project and partner success. • Contribute to the definition and refinement of delivery metrics, project standards, and governance processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all project phases. • Deliver consistent, transparent communication on project status, issues, and dependencies.
• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations, with a track record of driving outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to translate between business and technical perspectives with clarity and confidence. • Proven ability to take ownership, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly when challenges arise. • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across parallel workstreams. • Collaborative and resourceful — comfortable working independently but always ready to rally others to solve a problem or get a project unblocked. • Experience in legal technology, SaaS delivery, or professional services environments. • Exposure to partner governance, enablement, or channel delivery frameworks. • Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar systems. • Formal training or certification in project management
