📋 Description

• Assist with general ledger management, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness. • Support end-to-end AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, collections, payables and vendor management. • Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare close schedules and help drive timely and accurate reporting. • Partner with internal stakeholders to compile payroll inputs and ensure accurate payroll execution and compliance. • Assist in tracking and categorizing expenses in alignment with budget forecasts and internal policies. • Help organize documentation for financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment • Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Bill.com • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills • Eager to learn, take initiative, and work cross-functionally • Experience working in Public Accounting (Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus)
