🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience required in the Hydrogen Fuels, Oil & Gas industry (or Chemical/Petrochemical); ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills. • A Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety) • Relevant experience in process safety management, experience in process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment. • Ability to develop a consulting business, including but not limited to developing proposals and making presentations • Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client service. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer projects. • Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs • Experience in developing, writing, & implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, & standard operating procedures • Experience developing & evaluating/auditing PSM management systems & advising management at all level of the organization to effect positive change to operational excellence • Ideal candidates will be “Seller Doers” with existing client connections and an ability to generate new business. • Experience and expertise in PSM Technical Services such as: • Process hazard analyses (PHA), and risk assessments, or related studies, such as HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) • Quantitative Risk Assessment including QRA studies, fault tree/event tree analysis, facility siting studies, fire hazard, explosion, and toxic modeling • Safety Instrumented Systems services such as: • Safety integrity level (SIL) assessment, safety integrity level (SIL) assessment based on recognized knowledge of IEC61511 and related standards • Experience and expertise in dust hazard management services such as: • Evaluating processes for dust hazard fire and explosion risks (DHA) • Auditing for dust hazard management • Experience and expertise in reactive chemistry hazard management
