📋 Description

• Responsible for working with leadership to shape the technical direction of the program • Provides coaching and development to engineering team members • Serves as a mentor, supporting one or two teams' Engineers in technical direction and career management • Leads team processes and seeks out best practices • Develop collaboration skills to partner with key stakeholders • Participates in interviews with new candidates and develops/grades homework

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 9+ years of experience • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Expertise in D365 CE Development including custom plugins, JavaScript, custom tables/entities, low code/no code • Experience with RESTful APIs • 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience; experience with communicating and leading tasking efforts to support delivery • Extensive experience with software development, customer interactions, formal and informal communication, and mentorship
