• Atuação em suporte L2/L3 SAP APO • Resolução de incidentes e problemas recorrentes • Monitoramento de CIF, CCR, filas e integrações • Suporte a Process Chains e Jobs APO • Apoio aos processos de PP/DS e planejamento detalhado • Suporte ao Detailed Scheduling Planning Board • Gestão e correção de inconsistências de Master Data • Suporte às integrações entre ECC e APO • Apoio em melhorias, testes e mudanças • Documentação de procedimentos, RCA e conhecimento operacional
🎯 Requirements
• Consultor SAP APO Sênior com mínimo de 6 anos de experiência em AMS/suporte produtivo • Forte atuação em CIF, CCR, Queue Monitoring, Process Chains, PP/DS, APO Master Data e integração ECC/APO • Necessária experiência com troubleshooting avançado, planejamento de produção e ambientes globais orientados a SLA • Inglês avançado obrigatório • Conhecimento em O9 será diferencial.
