• Atuação em suporte L2/L3 de SAP SD • Gestão e resolução de incidentes dentro de SLA • Análise de causa raiz e prevenção de recorrências • Suporte a melhorias, testes e deploys • Monitoramento de interfaces, IDocs, EDI e integrações • Atendimento a usuários de negócio e times globais • Suporte funcional em pricing, billing, rebates, crédito, tax, shipment e route settlement • Interface constante com equipes ABAP, Basis, FI, MM e Integração

🎯 Requirements

• Consultor SAP SD Sênior com experiência em suporte AMS/produção • Forte conhecimento de OTC • Pricing, Billing, Rebate Processing, Route Settlement/DSD, IDocs/EDI • Integrações FI/MM • Inglês avançado • Experiência em troubleshooting, RCA, sustentação L2/L3 e ambientes com SLA
