📋 Description

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define and refine reporting requirements. • Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple disparate sources (including SQL databases, Excel files, and API outputs). • Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets. • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. • Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data validation, transformation, and analysis. • Document data definitions, business rules, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility. • Interpret healthcare data in compliance with CMS and government reporting standards. • Support and improve recurring manual processes while identifying opportunities for automation or efficiency. • Work closely with senior analysts and engineers to support the migration from Azure Analysis Services to Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare technology setting • 3+ years experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and model relationships • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (experience with joins, subqueries, and aggregation logic) • Familiarity with healthcare data types, CMS programs, or government oversight requirements (e.g., quality measures, adherence, risk adjustment)
