📋 Description

• As Head of Growth, CMO/GM of one or a few hero product lines • Own end-to-end revenue: acquisition, funnel/CRO, lifecycle, new channels • Set 12-month revenue course, payback/MER guardrails, and quarterly roadmap • Autonomy within guardrails to make spend shifts, launch/kill calls, and roadmap moves • Positioning, angles, hook library, and creative playbook • Architect offer: bundles, pricing, financing, guarantees, promos • Scale acquisition across Meta/Google/YT; pilot TikTok/CTV/affiliates • Ship 150+ ad iterations/month; hunt 5+ scalable winners/month • Own funnel: PDPs, checkout, configurator/3-D, lead-to-call; ship tests weekly • Grow owned revenue: Email/SMS/CRM ≥35% of topline • Run lift/holdouts + MTA; publish one-pagers reallocating dollars with proof • Build and direct a pod: buyers, creative, lifecycle, analyst • Cross-functional: align Product, Supply, Finance, CX, and Sales • Use Gen-AI for creative iteration, reporting, forecasts, and funnel ideation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ impact years in e-commerce/DTC growth, with at least 2 as VP/Head/Director • Proven track-record of scaling brands (1-2+ big scale-ups) • Worked in companies doing at least $30M-$100M yearly • Proven success overlooking $1M/mo+ budgets across multiple channels • Understand Meta & Google deeply enough to lead a media buying team • Built lifecycle programs where owned channels drove 30%+ of revenue • Practitioner-level with attribution (MTA/MMM/incrementality) • Led remote, multi-disciplinary teams of 5-10 FTEs • Fluent with Gen-AI workflows for creative, reporting, and funnel testing
