📋 Description

• Collaborate with global brands and agencies to revolutionize creative workflows with AI-powered content services • Guide customer interactions, detail business scenarios, align them with Adobe solutions, and accelerate value delivery • Lead large-scale creative and marketing operations transformations using Adobe's Generative AI solutions • Develop partnerships with customer partners, handle customer issues proactively, and build executive communication cadences • Formulate GenAI and digital transformation strategies; collaborate with customer executives to define use cases and lead solution configuration and deployment • Lead workshops to identify opportunities for implementing generative AI and develop proof-of-concept implementations • Partner with C-suite executives to articulate vision, establish success metrics, monitor implementation progress, and drive adoption • Build scalable frameworks that integrate generative AI capabilities into customers’ existing technology ecosystems and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 4-10+ years of background in business consulting, digital strategy, agile pod-based software development lifecycle, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud deployments, and data integration • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in multiple industries • Passion for AI and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Express, Firefly, Firefly Services solutions, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions preferred • Prior experience as Director of Creative Studio, Operations or Agency is a plus • Experience leading projects in Agile Scrum and commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (i.e., SharePoint, Jira, Workfront, Miro, Confluence, AI tools) • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences • Strong analytical thinking with experience in quantifying business impact of technology investments • Proven skill in maneuvering through complex organizational dynamics and building consensus among diverse customers • Up to 30% customer related travel
