📋 Description

• Position: Product Manager • Reports to: Director of Product Management • Department: IT • Location: U.S.-based remote, Canada • CIEE is a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization that transforms lives and builds bridges between individuals and nations. • The Product Manager leads product strategy through definition, design, execution, and support phases. • Serve as product manager within IT operating under Scrum framework. • Manage product backlog, write user stories, and conduct requirements gathering. • Collaborate with team on testing guidelines, design UI and UX. • Liaise closely with business stakeholders, conduct committee meetings. • Direct manager of one or more Product Analysts, empowering them to achieve their goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles • In-depth knowledge of Scrum • Salesforce experience preferred • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills • Flexible and collaborative mindset • Proven planning and organizational skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Creative thinker capable of executing their vision • High attention to detail • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and, when necessary, with minimal resources • Readiness to grow and develop yourself, your team, and CIEE • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving) and culture
