📋 Description

• We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our revenue growth across multiple markets. • In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business intelligence, product, marketing, and partnerships to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and lead go-to-market initiatives for innovative mobile value-added services (mVAS). • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning insights into action, and have a passion for scaling digital businesses—this could be the perfect next step in your career. • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify growth bottlenecks and optimize ROI. • Analyze ARPUs and drive decisions within the Sales team • Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to growth forecasting and help set financial targets aligned with strategic goals • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, GEOs, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth • Partnership Development: Discover, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. with Telcos, media groups, platforms) • Product and Marketing Monetization: Work closely with BI, Product and Marketing teams to develop and optimize monetization strategies for existing and upcoming mVAS offerings • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the launch strategy for new services and market entries. Aligning product, sales, marketing, and tech teams • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Sales, Tech, and UI teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in mVAS, Telco, or SaaS • Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (Google, Affiliation, DSPs) • Proven track record of scaling business operations or launching new markets/products • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in tools like Excel, Quicksight, and Tableau or similar • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones • Ability to use Excel Power Query and/or VBA • Hands-on experience on Advertising Platforms and DSPs • Established relationships with Advertising Agencies and/or Telcos • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely)
