📋 Description
• Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for Adstra’s Engineering team • Lead, mentor, and develop engineers into engineering managers and/or senior ICs • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and career development to build diverse, inclusive, and world-class engineering teams • Drive operational excellence through strong agile practices, resource planning, and clear performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs, SLAs) • Partner with Product teams to align UI/UX engineering priorities with user experience goals • Ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS applications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 15+ years’ experience in engineering with progressive increases in management responsibility • 10+ years’ experience building and leading highly successful Engineering teams
