• Identify and target potential clients (Canada & USA employers in healthcare, logistics, construction, hospitality, and related industries) • Develop and execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking) • Present Advanced Access Staff’s staffing & immigration solutions to decision-makers • Manage the full client acquisition cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → onboarding • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in Zoho Recruit/CRM • Collaborate with recruiters to align client needs with candidate pools • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets • Provide regular reports on client activity, pipeline status, and market feedback
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (staffing/immigration industry experience preferred) • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, temporary help, or recruitment services • Familiarity with Canadian LMIA processes or U.S. staffing/immigration programs (asset, but not mandatory) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently with remote tools (CRM, Zoom, email automation) • Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts • Bilingual (English + French/Spanish/Creole) is an asset
