• Founded in 2005, Advantmed provides medical record retrieval, review, health assessment, and analytics for health plans and providers • Position: Sr. Marketing Associate to scale marketing programs and drive growth • Partner with sales, marketing, and stakeholders to advance brand and digital programs • Plan, develop, and execute organic, paid social, and email campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads • Support content creation and manage content calendar with subject matter experts • Use marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics) to track and optimize performance • Maintain corporate WordPress website and make updates as needed • Liaise with agencies and external vendors to deliver programs • Manage inbound leads to generate meetings and pipeline for sales • Report on full-funnel performance and recommend optimizations • Support marketing budget management, invoices, contracts, and month-to-month tracking
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare space • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field • Proficiency and experience in brand and digital marketing programs such as content and collateral creation (including Canva), email campaign creation and execution, and social media best practices • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and support program decisions • A flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation system is required
