⢠Provide general supervision of all process team members and assist Department Manager in communications ⢠Promote open and honest dialogue and behavior-based safety; ensure team Health & Safety training ⢠Mentor team members and review/approve timesheets ⢠Identify staff and adjust workloads to balance project requirements and available resources ⢠Manage process work to keep staff billable and meet sold time growth objectives ⢠Anticipate skillset or manpower gaps and develop action plans with I&G Department leadership ⢠Coordinate hiring and integration of new employees and identify resources required for team performance ⢠Provide mentorship, direction, career planning, training and professional development opportunities; conduct performance reviews ⢠Ensure staff comply with AECOM and Department work processes, standards and procedures; support QA/QC and ITR processes ⢠Assist Project Engineer in identifying and quantifying potential change orders ⢠Review or assign review responsibility for all work products per QA/QC and client needs ⢠Provide guidance/input for annual business plan and support proposals by developing execution plans and detailed scopes of work ⢠Develop budgets through accounting of work tasks and associated manhours using approved work item register
⢠BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education ⢠Relevant engineering experience within industrial, refineries and/or power facilities ⢠5+ years experience in team supervision (preferred) ⢠PE Licensure (preferred) ⢠10+ years relevant experience within industrial, refineries and/or power facilities (preferred) ⢠7+ years as technical lead on refinery or NGL projects (preferred) ⢠Demonstrated experience with engineering analysis software (Aspen/HYSYS, Arrow, Fathom, Promax, Pipe-flo) ⢠Experience with HAZOPs ⢠Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating engineering and design for complex, multi-discipline programs/projects and teams ⢠Demonstrated experience in work process standardization and continuous improvement of engineering work product development ⢠Demonstrated experience in resource planning (labor forecasting, hiring, staff planning, labor cost estimating) ⢠Experience in supporting business development activities, including proposal work scope development and contributing in prospective client meetings and presentations ⢠Experience in full EPC, Design/Build project ⢠Experience in workshare with international engineering resource centers ⢠Field construction support, startup and commissioning experience ⢠Successful experience working in remote and multi-disciplined teams ⢠Expert familiarity with industry codes and standards ⢠Experience working in collaborative 3D model environments (e.g. Plant 3D, Navisworks) ⢠Ability to pass any required Health & Safety training ⢠Relocation assistance is not available for this role ⢠Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, now or in the future
