📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of major programs and/or projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs • Act as an escalation point for project issues and recommend performance improvements • Support financial forecasting, cash flow monitoring, working capital performance, and business planning • Drive consistent project management practices aligned with AECOM PDS and QMS requirements • Maintain workload planning, pricing guidance, risk approval, Salesforce pipeline, and forecast data accuracy • Drive program performance, client satisfaction, risk management, and resolution of client issues • Participate in project dashboard reviews and deep dives to identify issues and improve performance • Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery • Manage high-quality client projects and develop program and process improvements • Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 125 department staff • Build relationships across a diverse, multi-sector client portfolio and resolve major issues • Support project manager feedback, succession planning, recruiting, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation • Collaborate with client account, practice area, and business line leaders to grow profitable backlog • Develop business development budgets and lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • US citizenship or permanent residency required • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future • May be subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening and Background check • Preferred: 15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years of operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management • Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation consulting, including risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions • Experienced people manager and team builder • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
