📋 Description

• Lead successful delivery of complex environmental projects for refining, industrial, and related-sector clients • Oversee one or more projects from planning through execution • Provide strategic project leadership • Manage project risk and uncertainty and develop mitigation plans • Ensure financial performance, planned profit margins, and project quality • Deliver client revenues through flawless project execution and repeat business • Complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion • Manage complex clients and projects involving risk-triggering factors • Direct staff to minimize exposure to claims • Supervise and direct Project Managers across multiple projects or programs • Foster long-term client relationships and secure repeat business • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS and 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Must pass a background check • Must pass a motor vehicle records check • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Preferred: 10+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting oil and gas, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients • Preferred: Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary environmental projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality responsibility • Preferred: Strong client relationship management skills and experience growing key accounts and securing repeat business • Preferred: Experience leading project teams, mentoring project managers, and managing project risk, contracts, and financial performance • Professional certification or registration such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or related credential preferred
