📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager within AEI’s Due Diligence division will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate. • Environmental reviews • State and federal regulatory program file reviews • Field investigations • Basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance • Performance of environmental due diligence projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred • Previous experience performing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the commercial real estate sector preferred • Excellent writing, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills required • Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels • Willingness to travel as necessary • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff
