📋 Description

• Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform • Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols • Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments • Drive defect triage and prioritization • Manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process • Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles • Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing • Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies • Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor integrated environments • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments • Experience with Azure DevOps integration for automated testing (nice to have) • Prior experience testing enterprise-scale software deployments within banking or digital finance (nice to have) • Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects (nice to have) • Must be currently located in Canada • Valid LinkedIn profile link required • Hands-on experience with digital banking platforms such as Backbase, ebankIT, Forge, Temenos, Finastra, or similar banking platforms • Professional experience delivering software solutions in Digital Banking, FinTech, Credit Unions, or Financial Services • Hands-on experience ensuring AODA/WCAG AA accessibility compliance
