📋 Description

• Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies; • Partner with Engineering on building effective risk model and credit risk capabilities; • Monitor portfolio as well as macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance. Drive adjustments to our underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk; • Oversee adjustments to underwriting strategies to mitigate risk, advising on best practices and ensuring the strategies align with risk management goals; Manage the team’s involvement in supporting new product formation and market exploration; • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of credit analysts, fostering skill development and ensuring high performance in credit strategy initiatives; • Oversee team resources and manage workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of projects and alignment with organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field & 3 years of experience in the following: • SQL, Python, or other scripting languages; • Data mining and data visualization; • Machine learning techniques for credit risk management; • Leveraging advanced analytics to develop credit strategies; and • Monitoring model performance.
