📋 Description

• Provide day to day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders • Lead the development of project plans by driving solution designs, timeline forecasting, task break-down, and testing strategy • Develop integration support material and documentation for new products rollouts and feature updates • Collaborate with Product, Eng, and Revenue leadership to build out partnership roadmaps • Serves as an overarching SME and point of escalation for internal and external teams facing technical challenges • Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with external partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables, while fostering strong, long-term relationships • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, share insights, and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining open and constructive communication • Provide feedback on integration strategy, potential product enhancements, and operational workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or customer-facing Software Engineering experience • Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages • Experience with long-term project planning and execution • Experience with Ecommerce or Payment Processor technologies • Thorough understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies • Thorough understanding of the following concepts: integrating UX elements w/ backend services, frameworks, and 3rd party developer APIs • Experience with observability tools and applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders to stay on schedule • Passion and drive to change consumer banking for the better.
