📋 Description
• Perform initial statistical analyses and assist in designing experiments to assess the impact of product changes. • Work together with AIOps, AI Engineers and Product teams to explore and implement AI solutions (Machine Learning or Generative AI). • Implement monitoring, continuous evaluation and guardrails to ensure safe and useful responses from Generative AI agents. • Communicate the design, operation and results of developed models and analyses to stakeholders. • Write code (primarily Python) and participate in reviews on a shared codebase. • Support deployment/implementation of developed models together with the AIOps teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. • Experience with the Python programming language. • Strong foundation in statistics and hypothesis testing. • Experience with traditional Machine Learning techniques (Classification, Regression, Clustering, Time Series). • Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, agent design). • Familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Science projects. • Familiarity with version control tools (Git). • Intermediate English. • Preferred: Knowledge of the Databricks platform. • Preferred: Knowledge of MLflow.
