📋 Description

• Support and manage the Salesforce CRM system, handling fixes, improvements, access control and integrations with other systems; • Lead implementation projects from planning through technical delivery, using internal development or third-party providers; • Develop and implement new solutions with a focus on process automation; • Design solutions and business architectures integrated with the CRM; • Map and manage KPIs, ensuring solutions align with business needs; • Conduct demonstration meetings for stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of scope; • Ensure CRM best practices, maintaining scalability and strategic alignment; • Oversee projects from briefing through post-Go Live, including analysis and optimization of deliveries; • Stay up to date on new Salesforce releases and features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed higher education); • Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; • Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules (VRs) and process automation within Salesforce; • Knowledge of Apex or Java is a plus; • Experience with agile methodologies, including managing open items and backlog prioritization; • Experience with system integrations and CRM-related business processes; • Skilled in creating and editing objects, page layouts, native reports and Salesforce configurations.
