📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional technical projects and build/review architectures • Drive coding standards and technical processes across engineering • Prioritize and manage multiple projects ensuring quality, stability, and delivery • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to maintain high standards • Collaborate across teams to promote open communication on architecture and problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of SaaS application development experience • Strong collaboration with Staff on engineering decisions and product development • Prior experience in a Staff Developer role or higher • Full-stack development, hands-on coding daily • Ability to architect complex systems for performance and scale • Experience working with Product, UX/UI Designers • Knowledge of software observability and AI tooling • Capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments and guide system-wide decisions • Excellent delegation skills and capability to unblock teams effectively • Belief in iterative evolution of architecture
