📋 Description
• Design and implement scalable, modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Medallion). • Collaborate with business and technology teams to align solutions with strategic objectives. • Lead data modernization and decentralization initiatives using a Data Mesh approach. • Ensure governance, security and compliance (LGPD, IAM, RBAC). • Actively participate in strategic data planning, aligning solutions with corporate goals. • Support the definition of data roadmaps and contribute to long-term architectural decisions. • Conduct regular alignments with technical and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to organizational needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Azure: Data Lake Gen2, Databricks (Delta Lake), Synapse, Unity Catalog. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale ETL/ELT. • Experience with Data Mesh architecture and decentralization of data domains. • Knowledge of data governance and data security. • Experience with data modeling and batch/streaming processing. • Develop data pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse. • Apply DataOps practices and CI/CD using GitHub/Azure DevOps. • Strategic vision with a focus on business value. • Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders. • Proactive and autonomous in driving projects. • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
