📋 Description

• Own our HubSpot marketing platform and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns • Develop and manage a content calendar and marketing campaign plan • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels • Own the HubSpot marketing hub and our lead management process • Track key metrics and produce monthly marketing performance reports • Collaborate with partners like Microsoft and other technology vendors on co-marketing initiatives • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline • Steer Agile IT’s brand voice to be professional yet personable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or IT services industry • Demonstrated success in demand generation and campaign management is required • Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on expertise with digital marketing tools and tactics: marketing automation (HubSpot or similar), CRM integration, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO keyword strategy, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media management • Excellent content creation and editorial skills • Data-Driven & Analytical: Passion for metrics and analysis • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and content pieces • Excellent interpersonal skills
