📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate software entitlement management solutions, ensuring compliance, security, and alignment with Agilent’s IT architecture. • Design and implement end-end integration for order fulfilment of software eDelivery. • Apply customer-centric context to design solutions for license consumption with ease of use in mind. • Own end-end solution from order placement to software eDelivery to Agilent’s customers with focus on Entitlement Management. • Provide hands on technical leadership for small to large-scale projects and mentor technical teams. • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with overall business goals. • Influence product teams on standard processes for distributing and monetizing software. • Support migration efforts from legacy entitlement systems to modern solutions. • Communicate technical strategies effectively to global partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of demonstrated ability. • Expertise in software licensing models, agreements, and compliance, particularly for B2B. • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and backend scripting (Node.js). • Solid grasp of AWS services (storage, caching, API gateway, IAM role-based access). • Experience leading medium to large technical teams and driving enterprise integrations. • Familiarity with SAP EMS, ServiceNow Software Asset Management, or Revenera FlexNet Operations. • Knowledge of software monetization techniques and Agile SCRUM methodology. • Exposure to LLM and prompt engineering is a plus. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and user documentation skills.
