📋 Description

• Plays a crucial role in the implementation, management, and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Current holds Secret clearance or is able to obtain a Secret clearance. • Analyze the needs of the user and develop Salesforce solutions to meet those needs • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce software and systems • Utilize DevOps tools and methodologies to improve the Salesforce deployment process • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce systems and integrations • Perform Salesforce system testing and validation to ensure high performance and security • Create and maintain technical documentation and process documentation for Salesforce applications • Work collaboratively with developers, administrators, and other IT staff to perform troubleshooting and fix issues • Ensure all Salesforce practices comply with industry and company standards • Recommend and implement Salesforce upgrades, patches, and new services • Train and support users on the Salesforce system and new updates • Participate in planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
