📋 Description

• Support and advise on regulatory requirements for product portfolio. • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate regulatory requirements into developments. • Deliver training and ongoing guidance on products. • Oversee lifecycle of new products ensuring compliance alignment. • Define a solid product-oriented control framework. • Coordinate compliance-related product ownership among team members. • Ensure accurate data collection for regulatory reporting and assist clients. • Organize training sessions on legal and regulatory developments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience within a financial institution with expertise in product development. • Master in Law or Applied Economic sciences. • Good knowledge of IT developments related to regulatory/compliance implementations. • Strategic thinker with sound business acumen, objectivity, accountability and integrity. • Ability to translate complex principles into pragmatic advice. • Experience in a client solutions oriented role is a plus (pre Sales/product expertise). • Team player, able to build interpersonal relationships and collaborate closely. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
