📋 Description

• Lead the on-the-ground team of market experts responsible for developing Airbnb Luxe supply • Define the regional growth strategy • Promote the Airbnb Luxe brand and quality standards • Support the creation and maintenance of relationships with high-end hosts • Manage regional business performance in line with key performance indicators (KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or market management • Deep knowledge of the luxury travel and real estate sectors in North America and/or Latin America • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and revenue targets • Experience establishing and managing high-value partnerships • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and performance dashboards • Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish is a major plus.
