• Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders to capture business requirements. • Translate business needs into clear, well-documented functional specifications and obtain stakeholder sign-off. • Evaluate the feasibility and technical implications of business requirements and convert functional requirements into technical documentation. • Support the development team in understanding and delivering solutions and perform high-level functional testing before UAT. • Analyze current business processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and recommend optimized process flows. • Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, or presentations to communicate insights. • Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions and support business users during UAT and transition to production. • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and assist Project Managers in planning and timeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecom or Managed Services industry. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Proven experience working with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders. • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. • Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus. • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
