• Lead property onboardings end-to-end: system setup, automations, task flows, check-in setup, etc. • Redefine and document operational processes for scalability and efficiency. • Leverage Guesty to its full capacity (automations, task management, API integrations, reports, guest journeys). • Manage and optimize integrations with Operto, Chekin, PriceLabs, and other STR tools. • Collaborate with internal teams (guest support, cleaning, owner relations) to improve communication and workflows. • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automations. • Support day-to-day PMS operations and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with Guesty (MUST) – deep understanding of features and automations. • Hands-on experience with Operto, Chekin, and other STR management tools. • Process-driven mindset – you love building order and efficiency. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus). • Self-starter – proactive, independent, and detail-oriented. • Previous experience in short-term rental management or hospitality tech.
