📋 Description

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution. • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve. • Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress, enforce accountability, and drive timely resolution of open items or roadblocks. • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget. • Build strong, trusted relationships across departments to promote collaboration and ensure clear communication between leadership and teams. • Support organizational alignment by ensuring projects and initiatives are connected to broader business objectives. • Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in strategic project management • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accountability and measurable business results. • Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in project management platforms, calendar systems, and collaboration tools. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members.
